How should files be supplied?
 

Save files as jpgs. Upload image files using our secure Photo Upload Software (see Step 1 'Upload Photo' green button)  Alternatively you could send files to us on CD.  

 

Is there a minimum quantity that I have to order?

There is no minimum quantity.

 

Are there any set up fees?

No, the price you are quoted is what you have to pay, there are no extra set up charges.

 

How do I know the order was completed?

Soon after finishing the order you will receive an order confirmation to your submitted email address. If after an hour you do not please let us know by using our enquiry form.

 

How long will it take to get my product?

Your product will be delivered within 7-10 working days.

 

Do you offer any guarantees?

Your purchase comes with our 100% satisfaction guarantee.  If you are not happy with your product, simply return in its original packing within 10 days of you receiving it. No questions asked.  The refund will be made to your credit card account as soon as we receive your return in good order.

 
How long will my digital print last?

Under normal lighting conditions, your print will last 75 years because of the archival qualities of our media and inks.

Can I display my prints outside?

In a word, NO, prints are for indoor use only.
